Fleight Creative is a small, independent design studio led by creative partners Todd and Jamie Anderson. We collaborate with in-house creative teams and organizations who value strong design, visual consistency, and craft — and who need trusted partners to help carry the work.

Our size is intentional. It allows us to stay close to the design itself, working hands-on and side-by-side with internal teams. Rather than replacing or overriding existing creative departments, we act as an extension of them — supporting, refining, and elevating what’s already in motion.

We focus on design and branding execution: building and maintaining visual systems, extending brands across real-world applications, and helping teams deliver high-quality work with confidence and consistency.

Our Approach

Fleight was built on a shared foundation of fine arts training, digital design expertise, and real-world production experience. That background allows us to step in seamlessly — adapting to existing brand standards, internal workflows, and creative direction while raising the overall level of polish and cohesion.

We often partner with teams who are stretched thin — not because of lack of talent, but because of volume. Our role is to quietly absorb complexity, help move work forward, and ensure design quality remains consistent as needs evolve.

Internally, our skill sets intentionally overlap and inform one another. Externally, we integrate naturally with in-house designers, creative directors, and marketing teams — contributing design leadership, production strength, and thoughtful execution without disrupting established processes. Todd Anderson

Founder & Creative Director
Todd Anderson is the founder and creative director of Fleight Creative, where he leads brand and design work focused on building cohesive visual systems and extending them across real-world applications. With over 25 years of experience, Todd specializes in shaping brands that remain clear, consistent, and well executed across complex applications.

Todd’s work spans brand identity, web and UX design, print and environmental graphics, photography, video direction, and large-scale event visuals. He is often brought in to help reinforce or mature an existing visual language — ensuring clarity, consistency, and high design standards across teams and deliverables.

Todd remains closely involved across all Fleight projects, providing creative direction, hands-on design, and thoughtful oversight. His role is less about imposing a vision and more about helping good work become great — supporting internal teams while maintaining a unified visual voice.

Fine Artist & Photography
Todd’s professional Fine Art and photography pursuits directly influence his graphic design sensibilities. “There is a direct cross-pollination between my graphic design work and my fine art. I like to play with that relationship and allow the multiple creative outlets to feed each other.”

 

Jamie Anderson

Design Lead & Partner
Live Events Content Manager & Graphics Op

Jamie Anderson is a creative and design lead — and a partner at Fleight Creative — with deep expertise in brand systems, typography, and large-scale visual environments. Her background in the live production industry has shaped a design approach that is both visually refined and grounded in real-world execution.

Jamie leads creative and design work across branding systems, event identities, corporate presentations and pitch decks, animation production, and complete print campaigns. She also brings extensive experience as a content manager and graphics operator for large-scale live events, paired with a calm, clear communication style that makes her especially effective when working directly with senior leadership.

In addition to her work at Fleight, Jamie maintains her own portfolio of clients, bringing a broad range of perspectives and applications into the studio’s work. In close creative partnership with Todd, her skill set overlaps and cross-pollinates across projects — allowing ideas to move fluidly from concept through execution while maintaining a high level of craft and cohesion.

 

Shannon Mayfield


Project Manager & Creative Operations

Shannon Mayfield supports Fleight Creative as a project manager and creative operations partner, helping translate design direction into clear, organized, and well-executed deliverables. Shannon and Todd have worked together in various capacities since 2008, giving her a deep familiarity with Fleight’s standards, pace, and approach to creative work.

Her role centers on project coordination, workflow organization, deliverable tracking, and production support — ensuring that design work moves forward smoothly and thoughtfully. With a background in creative production and design support, Shannon helps maintain clarity and continuity across projects while protecting the quality and care Fleight is known for.

Shannon’s presence allows the studio to stay focused on design, craftsmanship, and collaboration — supporting both the internal team and client-facing work with steadiness and intention.

We work best alongside in-house teams who value strong design and thoughtful execution. Our role is to reinforce, extend, and elevate existing creative work — helping internal teams maintain clarity and quality as demands grow.
